Club Down Incentive Scheme
1. The targets for clubs are as follows:
Senior (Base, Upper) ‚£6,000 ‚£8,160
Intermediate (Base, Upper)‚£3,600 ‚£6,000
Junior (Base, Upper) ‚£2,880 3.840
2. There will be no discount available until clubs have reached their base level.
3. The discounts will be as follows:
(i) Clubs raising income between the base level and the upper level will receive a discount equal to 50 % of the amount raised above the base level.
(ii) Clubs raising income above the upper level will receive a discount equal to 70% of the amount raised above the upper level.
Example:
A senior club raising ‚£5,000 will receive no discount
A senior club raising ‚£7,000 will receive ‚£500 discount (‚£7,000-‚£6,000 =‚£1,000 x 50%)
A senior club raising ‚£9,160 will receive ‚£1,780discount (‚£8,160-‚£6,000 =‚£2,160 x 50% = ‚£1,080 plus ‚£9,160-‚£8160 =‚£1,000 x 70% = ‚£700: ‚£1,080 + ‚£700)
4. The amount raised will be calculated each financial year to 31st December. The discount will then be given of the fees falling due the following February. The calculation will be carried out annually. As long as the contribution continues the discount will be given.
